To add a bank account, you need two things: 1) The contact information of the bank account holder and 2) The account details – including the bank name, address, account number, and SWIFT code.
What is Cash Pickup?
This is the fastest option for you to send money for pickup in minutes. Brightwell gives you two options: Cash Pickup in the Brightwell Navigator mobile app or via Western Union at www.brightwellnavigator.com. When you use a cash pickup option, it is available within 10 minutes at thousands of locations around the globe!
To use Cash Pickup in the app, log into your account, tap Send Money, then tap Cash Pickup. From there, enter how much you wish to send, then enter in the information of the person picking up the cash. Make sure you put their name exactly as it appears on their government ID to avoid a delay when the recipient goes to pick it up. (**With this method, you can only send to the Philippines, we are working to add more locations to this service.)
How to use Western Digital?
When you use Western Union Digital, you can send cash for pickup or to a bank account in many other countries. To use Western Union, log in to www.brightwellnagivator.com and click Send Money with Western Union. If you have not used Western Union before you will be prompted to create an account.
